This release marks the beginning of a video series documenting the lives of different people in different places going through a typical day. The first is yours truly, Brian Trahan, a musician living in Brooklyn.

Subjects wear glasses with a discreet video camera and go through a normal day. Sun Nectar creates music to accompany the videos, and this track is literally a one-take, completely unprepared improvisation performed by Brian and drummer Dave Scalia.
